The Successful Applicant

<ul>
<li>A successful Management Accountant should have:</li>
</ul>

<li>A recognised professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, or an MBA (Finance).</li>
</ul>

<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience post-qualification (prior experience with a not-for-profit is highly desired and preferred).</li>
</ul>

<li>Prepare detailed management accounts, variance analysis, month-end adjustments, and support financial reporting with actionable insights for senior management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead compliance with tax laws and accounting standards, including India-specific tax and accounting, and assist with tax returns and year-end accounts.</li>
</ul>

<li>Maintain fixed asset registers, support ERP system alignment, implement internal controls, and identify process improvements.</li>
</ul>

<li>Provide strategic support for business planning, cost-saving initiatives, and communicate financial information clearly to non-finance teams.</li>
