What You Will Do 
<ul>
<li>SEO strategy: Identify and strategise the business and product levers to increase organic ranking of keywords for Meesho in Google Search </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Experiment and scale performance campaigns to increase traffic on website</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Drive Initiatives: Liaise with internal team members and also with Product, Analytics, Creatives, etc., to drive solutions, scale-up, and achieve efficiency improvement in performance campaigns</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Performance Management: Identify issues which impact website traffic and incoming user quality and RCA</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong understanding of data - we are a data driven organization, and measure outcomes closely through internal metrics. You will be working closely with the Analytics team across problem discovery, solutioning, execution and measurement. </li>
</ul>
What You Will Need 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor's / MBA degree in any discipline from premium college – MBA is preferable.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">6+ years of experience in SEO &amp; SEM at a high-growth startup.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Structured problem-solving with good communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Data-driven with good Excel skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Proven ability to take up high ownership.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (within the company).</li>
</ul>
