What you will do

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta networks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Track and analyze key metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS, CTR) to ensure efficient acquisition.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Run experiments on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve conversions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Work closely with design, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with growth targets.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Identify, test, and scale new channels or strategies to drive user growth.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Some additional non performance marketing related responsibilities are also expected from the Associate.</li>
</ul>

<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">What you will need</h3>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or consumer apps.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate marketing platforms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Solid understanding of key growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution models.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Creative mindset with the ability to test, learn, and scale campaigns quickly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action. </li>
