</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Taxation Year-End Activities:Oversee investment declaration, proof verification, and tax computation for employees.Ensure timely issuance of Form 16, and reconciliation of TDS returns (Form 24Q).</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advise employees on tax-saving instruments, exemptions, and declarations.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Stay updated with changes in tax slabs, exemptions, and related circulars.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Vendor Stakeholder Management: Act as SPOC for payroll vendor; ensure adherence to defined SLAs and timely resolution of escalations.Conduct monthly reviews and audits of vendor deliverables and system configurations.</li>

What you will need

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">5-8 years of experience in payroll, tax, and compliance management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven track record of handling payroll for large employee bases (10,000+).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prior experience working with payroll vendors (ADP, Allsec, Excelity, Ascent, etc.) is essential.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong understanding of ESOP taxation, perquisite valuation, and payroll-related provisions of the Income Tax Act.</li>
</ul>
