What you will do

<li style="margin-left:17px;">Identifying Impact Opportunities / Problems : Identify problems/opportunities and build conviction using opportunity sizing and early experiments to scale a charter to an impactful one.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:17px;">Developing and Owning Delivery of KRs - Identify the 10x goals, build right metrics to chase and bring cross-functional pods together to streamline operations and deliver results. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Stakeholder Management and Business Communication - Build an end to end understanding of processes &amp; touchpoints relevant to the pod and questions, modify &amp; create new processes and quantify impact. Generate buy-in from stakeholders by communicating effectively.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Program Management - Optimize processes, mitigate risks, and align cross-functional teams to drive efficiency in large-scale programs. Crafts KPIs to drive operational excellence.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:17px;">Bachelor's degree from a top tier institute is required – MBA is preferable</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">3+ years of experience in Strategy &amp; amp; Ops/Management, with a consulting background or high-growth startup</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">People management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders </li>
</ul>
