What you will do

</ul>

<li style="margin-left:17px;">Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders from Product, Operations, Legal teams to deliver on the defined business objectives, and drive program adherence with relevant teams</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Analyze trends in Content Commerce and identify levers to unlock opportunities to increase Affiliate revenue</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Manage project schedules, remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Continuously solve edge cases with suboptimal outcomes due to current processes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Improve processes for completeness and better efficiency</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Dive deep into the complex details of the program</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Present detailed problem definitions and solution to senior leadership and execute the solutions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Be involved in day to day tracking of business critical metrics and setting up full proof processes preempting any roadblocks</li>
</ul>

<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">What you will need</h3>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Minimum 4 years of relevant experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Exposure to e-commerce, sales and advertising</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Experience in data analysis, either professional experience or through your education</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Experience in sales and marketing is preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Prior work experience in content commerce is preferred Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment </li>
