What will you do

<li style="margin-left:17px;">Payment Management- Oversee the preparation and execution of payment runs, ensuring adherence to payment terms and schedules.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Reconciliation- Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Team Supervision - Supervise and manage the accounts payable team in processing invoices accurately and efficiently.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Compliance and Controls- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements, including GST compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Reporting- Prepare and present accounts payable reports, including aging analysis and cash flow forecasts to senior management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Process Improvement- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable process through automation and best practices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Audit Support- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to accounts payable activities.</li>
</ul>

<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">What will you need</h3>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Cost Accountant or a MBA</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">4-5years of post qualification experience majorly in Accounts Payable role with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong business acumen with a financial inclination.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST regulations, and vendor management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Demonstrated experience in Business Partnering &amp; external stakeholder management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:17px;">Strong bias for speed for execution. </li>
</ul>
