Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Help Colleague to prepare his/her roadmap and help him/her for the same.</li>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Align with Mawai roadmap and established synergy with colleagues roadmap.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strategically drive the talent acquisition process to ensure timely hiring of the right-fit candidates across all levels.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Shall be comfortable to do lot of communication with team member, team leader and management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Overseeing the orientation process for new hires and organizing training programs to develop employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies..</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Addressing and resolving employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implementing performance evaluation systems, setting goals, providing feedback, and managing employee performance issues.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Creating, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures related to HR practices.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Promoting employee satisfaction and engagement through various initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, contributing to business planning, and supporting long-term growth and development. </li>
</ul>
Requirements:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication in Hindi &amp; English</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Graduation in Psychology will be an added advantage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HRIS software.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Creativity and innovation in developing solutions and strategies to meet business objectives.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Professional certifications in Human Resource Management will be the added advantage.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with employees, management, and external partners.</li>
