ESG performance Reporting &amp; Disclosure

<ul>
<li>Prepare and disclose ESG performance reports in compliance with Integrated Reporting, SEBI BRSR, and other relevant frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent reporting of ESG data to meet regulatory and stakeholder expectations.</li>
</ul>

Benchmarking &amp; Insights

<ul>
<li>Benchmark ESG performance against industry peers and cross-sector leaders to identify best practices and areas for improvement.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Generate actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous enhancement of ESG reporting and disclosure practices.</li>
</ul>

Stakeholder Engagement

<ul>
<li>Identify and understand the needs and expectations of external stakeholders regarding ESG initiatives, reporting, and disclosures.</li>
</ul>

<li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align ESG strategies with stakeholder priorities.</li>
</ul>

Continuous Improvement

<li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement in ESG performance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.</li>

Skills &amp; Qualifications

<li>In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., Integrated Reporting, BRSR) and rating methodologies.</li>
</ul>

<li>Proven experience in ESG performance reporting, data analytics, and benchmarking.</li>
