Primary Responsibilities

<li style="text-align:start;">Representing the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support</li>
</ul>

<li style="text-align:start;">Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company or department,</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Implement business strategy</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns </li>
</ul>
Operational:- 

<ul>
<li>Coordination Between Production, SCM and Marketing</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Planning for actual vs expectation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Meetings with Local Clients and Customers &amp; address the issues</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good Knowledge on RFQ</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work closely with production /Planning and QA departments in addressing customer complaints in a timely and effective manner</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct active business development activities and identify potential business opportunities from multiple channels for the consideration of the management council.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Gain expertise in predicting technical changes at the customers end to ensure that required expectations are met through tool development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage critical key accounts and ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Participate in industry forums/ exhibitions and work with corporate communications to ensure adequate coverage in the press.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Continuously monitor pricing patterns and customer perception of value/quality within the market.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure that key customer accounts have the potential for generating revenues consistent with scale of investment. </li>
