Responsibilities

<li>Evolve a world-class product service experience to the Clients, with SLAs SOPs and User Interfaces and Tools</li>
</ul>

<li>Recruit, hire, and manage a team that aligns with the company's culture and objectives</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Oversee daily operations to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build relationships with industry partners, mentors, and other stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Establish efficient business practices processes to ensure strong governance and compliance</li>
</ul>

Requirements

<ul>
<li>Domain Industry Knowledge: General Management profile with experience in Sales Marketing, Business </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>development, Operations Finance – in the relevant sector of Real Estate and/or Facilities management</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Varied Geography experience: Pan-India experience will be key. Stint in Foreign markets will be a Plus.</li>
</ul>

<li>Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong belief in creating building value, rather than an Employee mindset</li>
