Key Deliverables
 
1. Financial Performance &amp; Forex Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with Senior Management to establish export financial targets, assess new market opportunities, and evaluate business viability.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead financial planning, forecasting, and revenue projections for international markets</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>.Manage Forex exposure, currency hedging, forward contracts, and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard margins.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Create and maintain detailed budgets for export operations, track performance, and implement corrective actions where required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct profitability analysis of export transactions, new country entries, and product expansions. </li>
</ul>
2. Regulatory Compliance &amp; Documentation

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Establish robust internal controls ensuring compliance with Pharma industry standards, RBI guidelines, FEMA, and global trade regulations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain expertise in export documentation: LC, BGs, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, COO, e-BRC, EDPMS closures, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure 100% adherence to Foreign Trade Policy schemes and benefits: RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, EPCG, Advance Authorisation, SEIS, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop efficient processes for real-time documentation, submission, and closure with authorities/banks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive proactive audits and compliance checks to minimize penalties and delays. </li>
</ul>
3. Internal Stakeholder Alignment

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Partner with EXIM, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial and Treasury teams for smooth and timely export execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support product launches in new international markets with financial structuring and feasibility studies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build strong coordination with Legal and Tax teams for cross-border tax structuring and export incentives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Mentor and upskill team members on export finance processes, trade finance instruments, and compliance requirements. </li>
</ul>
4. External Stakeholder Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and nurture strategic relationships with banks, CHAs, trade finance partners, export credit agencies (ECGC) and customs authorities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Actively engage with DGFT, Export Promotion Councils, and Government agencies to leverage incentive schemes and policy support.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Negotiate competitive trade finance terms with financial institutions to optimize working capital and credit utilization. </li>
</ul>
5. Digitization, Process Excellence &amp; Talent Development

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive digitization &amp; automation in export finance processes (EDI, e-documents, ERP-based trade finance modules).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Implement dashboard-based MIS for management on export receivables, forex exposure, incentive tracking, and compliance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Lead process simplification, standardization, and automation projects to strengthen controls and efficiency.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Champion talent development initiatives build capabilities in trade finance, forex management, and compliance across the team.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Benchmark and adopt global best practices in export finance and trade operations </li>
