Roles and Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Oversee the entire content creation process, from ideation to publication; create and maintain editorial calendars, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor content performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars, content planning which includes content creation, curation, planning, and research.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collect information about the different types of customer personas, perform extensive research and analysis on customer needs/wants, and then devise content strategies to drive traffic. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop creative ideas on how to engage the audience online and produce engaging content types.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensure they are followed through periodic content audits</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Creating and managing content marketing campaigns and analyze content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Co-ordination with Marketing and Field teams of Mankind for creating content and engaging KOLs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Building strategic partnerships with content leaders and aggregators</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, content trends, and consumer behavior</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Updating older content to meet new content standards</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintaining a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Overseeing the development and launch of new content channels </li>
</ul>
Skills required:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven work experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, Content Developer or a similar role</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in scientific content and digital agency strongly preferred</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of Content Management Systems like WordPress</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to multi-task with strong project management skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing</li>
</ul>

<ul>
