Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify trends, anomalies, and financial risks to support decision-making.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and manage data systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build dashboards and financial models to provide actionable insights.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and reporting needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in handling direct and indirect taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and audits. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in the gems &amp; jewellery or manufacturing sector is an advantage.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. </li>
