• Coordinate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new features, enhancements, and system improvements.

• Create detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Assist in conducting feasibility studies for business application requests and evaluate technical, operational, and resource impacts.

• Ensure all requirements are clearly understood by development, QA, and release teams.

• Participate in solution design discussions to validate that proposed solutions meet business needs.

• Support the development team by clarifying requirements and resolving functional queries during the build phase.

• Plan and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, coordination with users, and capturing results.
