Key Responsibilities

<li> Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI</li>

<li> Deep understanding of semantic model persistence in PowerBi</li>

<li> Connect transform and model data from various sources including RDBMS and MongoDB</li>
</ul>

<li> Optimize complex queries for performance and scalability across databases</li>
</ul>

<li> Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Ensure data accuracy consistency and security across reporting platforms</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions to meet evolving business needs</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Document technical specifications data flows and architecture</li>
</ul>
 
 Required Skills and Qualifications

<ul>
<li> Strong proficiency in Power BI including DAX Power Query and data visualization best practices</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Handson experience with RDBMS eg SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL and MongoDB</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Expertise in query optimization and performance tuning</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Solid understanding of data modelling ETL processes and data warehousing concepts</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Familiarity with version control systems and deployment pipelines for BI solutions</li>
</ul>

Required Years of Experience

<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics BI development and database management</li>
</ul>
 
<ul>

</ul>

<ul>
<li> Experience with Azure Data Services AWS or other cloud platforms</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation</li>

<li> Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools eg JIRA Confluence</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li> Professional certifications in Power BI SQL or MongoDB</li>
</ul>

<li> Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
