<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Providing hands on training to new joiners and coordinate the capability building program through Buddy Trainers program</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Building Buddy Trainers capability through classroom sessions, on-floor coaching, and role plays</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Improving and creating (where necessary) training material and tools to meet the Ops training needs</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conducting and facilitating classroom training for identified Licians for internal development including technical and soft skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Measuring training effectiveness through assessments and feedback and improving the same through continuous improvement program</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Develop and execute employee engagement activities in partnership with HR function</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Maintaining training records and reporting progress to relevant stakeholders at regular intervals</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assessing training capabilities and systems every quarter for assigned departments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Rolling out new products/initiatives training directly or through Buddy Trainers, as necessary</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assisting in execution of training programs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Should be comfortable working with industrial workers who have less or no education.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Handling audits (SA8000, FSSAI, IMS) and ensuring records are in place </li>
</ul>

</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">2-4 years of experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ability to understand operations and training requirements and to be able to identify and improve important metrices (cost, turnaround times)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent Communication, Classroom Facilitation and Presentation skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong Interpersonal &amp; Relationship Management skills</li>
</ul>
