Sales Leadership:

<li>Developing &amp; driving sales strategy for your area &amp; team with focus on revenue goals.</li>
</ul>

<li>Driving the rigor to deliver world-class customer experience at the store, thereby increasing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the store and reducing detractors</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive high performance culture in your area across the metrics mentioned above</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assessing business and performance trends regularly &amp; build improvement opportunities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Serve as critical strategy planning link between Corporate and the field organization.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Translate corporate goals including financial returns, sales growth and market share, into Business plans.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assess field capability and establish performance priorities at group level.</li>
</ul>

People leadership:

<ul>
<li>Partnership with Store Managers &amp; HR team to make sure stores are adequately staffed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Leading leaders, coaching and developing future talent</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assess &amp; bridge skill gaps including those related to implementation of business plans, forecasts, financial analysis, associate development and communication</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Formal &amp; Informal performance management for store managers they are responsible for</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Responsible for establishing a culture that embraces diversity and maximizes the learnings from a diverse team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Retain talent -&gt; Reduce attrition</li>
</ul>

Organisational leadership:

<ul>
<li>Solely responsible for managing and maintaining territory and store budgets to ensure profitability at the area level</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Managing the top and bottom line effectively of the assigned territory and stores</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Responsible for overall operational effectiveness of stores on areas such as shrinkage, capacity, productivity, growth, attrition.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build creative &amp; cost effective methods to ensure productivity while managing high standards of retail operations.</li>
</ul>
