Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Own full P&amp;L and lifecycle accountability for large strategic enterprise accounts, encompassing revenue growth, margin protection, delivery excellence, and long-term account expansion.</li>

<li>Serve as the single accountable owner and final escalation authority for CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders, personally driving resolution of high-impact delivery, commercial, and relationship issues.</li>

<li>Own delivery and commercial outcomes for AI, Data, and Custom engineering programs, including R&amp;D-heavy and evolving-scope engagements.</li>
</ul>

<li>Protect and grow revenue by enforcing scope control, driving change requests, preventing revenue leakage, and ensuring strict adherence to commercial terms, SLAs, and contractual KPIs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead high-scale, multi-program, multi-geography enterprise deliveries (typically 30–50+ resources) with zero tolerance for missed commitments, delivery slippage, or quality degradation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Own execution outcomes across timelines, budgets, quality metrics, and contractual KPIs, intervening decisively and course-correcting when delivery deviates from plan.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Establish and own WBR / MBR / QBR governance as executive business reviews focused on revenue, margin, risk, delivery predictability, and growth — not status reporting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Standardize and enforce enterprise-grade delivery, governance, and reporting frameworks across accounts to improve predictability, scalability, and profitability.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Own financial forecasting, capacity planning, pricing discipline, and cost optimization to ensure sustained margin improvement and leadership-level financial transparency.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Partner with finance, sales, and executive leadership to lead renewals, contract extensions, and commercial negotiations, directly influencing account growth and retention.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build, lead, and hold accountable senior delivery leaders and managers, setting clear performance expectations and decisively addressing underperformance.</li>
</ul>

<li>Drive a results-driven culture across teams — accountability over effort, outcomes over activity.</li>

<li>Manage vendor and partner performance, ensuring third parties deliver measurable value without eroding margins or delivery quality.</li>

<li>Anticipate and neutralize delivery, financial, technical, and operational risks before they impact revenue, client confidence, or executive trust.</li>

<li>Partner with solution architects and engineering leadership to translate client business objectives into feasible AI delivery roadmaps, balancing innovation, scalability, compliance, and ROI.</li>

<li>Guide enterprise clients through AI maturity journeys, helping them move from experimentation to production-scale impact.</li>

Requirements

Essential Skills

<ul>
<li>18+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Delivery, Program Management, or Enterprise Consulting for large-scale enterprise clients.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven track record of owning and growing large strategic accounts with complex, multi-program delivery models.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong expertise in CXO stakeholder management, executive escalation handling, and enterprise governance frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience overseeing Agile / Scrum delivery models and large, cross-functional engineering teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, pricing, margin management, and commercial negotiations.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience delivering custom AI, digital, cloud, and platform-based solutions for enterprise clients.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with delivery management and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, dashboards) for executive oversight and governance.</li>
