Operational

<li>Conceptualize and manage project-level walkthroughs (e.g. sample flat walkthroughs, 3D site tours, virtual walkthroughs, project films, and digital show suites).</li>
</ul>

<li>Develop and produce end-to-end marketing collaterals:</li>

<li>Project brochures, leaflets, coffee table books</li>

<li>Collaborate with agencies to design immersive site branding and launch experiences, ensuring the brand story is felt right from first touchpoint to transaction.</li>

<li>Plan, manage and execute all ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns, including events, promotions, media buys, hoardings, email marketing, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Own and deliver high-impact on-ground activation strategies for new project launches, handovers, milestone celebrations, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Track and optimize the marketing funnel, measure ROI on each campaign and report performance with dashboards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Plan and execute photo &amp; video shoots to enhance brand imagery and asset library.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Create compelling project walkthrough scripts, voiceovers, and experiential storytelling elements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely production of all collaterals and event setups.</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Profile &amp; Competencies

<ul>
<li>MBA in Marketing / Communications with 6–10 years of experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or consumer brand marketing</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in handling 360° marketing campaigns and working with multiple agencies</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong creative eye with an understanding of visual storytelling, walkthrough scripting, brand voice, and tone</li>
</ul>

<li>Excellent communication and project management skills</li>
