Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Planning &amp; Execution

Drive Logistics Cost Optimization

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across freight, packaging, routing, and warehousing.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Optimize container utilization, consolidate shipments, and leverage multi-modal transport.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Benchmark freight rates and negotiate competitive contracts with logistics service providers.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Monitor logistics KPIs such as freight cost per ton/km, container utilization, and demurrage costs.</li>
</ul>

Vendor &amp; Freight Forwarder Management

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Select and manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to optimize cost and performance.</li>
</ul>

Documentation &amp; Compliance

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documents (e.g., B/L, AWB, COO, packing lists).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Monitor compliance with import/export regulations, HS codes, and project-specific documentation standards.</li>
</ul>
 
Site Logistics Coordination

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Coordinate with site teams for delivery scheduling, unloading, storage, and material handling.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Support construction and commissioning teams with logistics planning for oversized and time-sensitive deliveries.</li>
</ul>

Risk Management &amp; Reporting

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Identify logistics risks and develop mitigation plans (e.g., route surveys, weather contingencies).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Maintain logistics dashboards and reports for internal and client reviews.</li>
</ul>

Team Leadership

</ul>

</ul>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:

<li style="margin-left:0cm;">20-30 years of logistics experience in EPC or large-scale industrial projects.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Proven experience in handling international logistics, customs clearance, and heavy/ODC cargo.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Familiarity with Global and GCC logistics regulations and experience with clients like Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, KOC, or PDO is a plus.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0cm;">Proficiency in logistics tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP TM, TMS).</li>
</ul>

Key Skills:
