The theme for CSR at L&amp;T is Building Indias Social Infrastructure The four thrust areas are Water &amp; Sanitation, Education, Health and Skill Building. By interweaving business and social interests, it contributes in a sustainable manner to the welfare of underprivileged and engages with communities at multiple levels. </li>

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">CSR Budget planning and tracking across L&amp;T group.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Interaction with internal and external stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Collation of CSR project data (both budgeting and programmatic)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Digitization and Updating CSR MIS systems</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Execution of select Project Unnati location </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Masters in Social Work/Masters in Developmental Studies </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">NO: OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 15-25 years </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION: All round knowledge of development sector, including areas such as Education, Health, Water &amp; Sanitation and Skilling .Exposure to Urban and Rural community based activities. Managing CSR programmes. Budgeting, Monitoring &amp; Evaluation, documentation of development projects. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: Excellent written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills, team worker and research orientation, attention to details and Capacity to Multitask. </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND: Corporate Experience with CSR departments or Foundations, NGO/ Development sector. Driving CSR targets and MIS systems </li>
