ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<ul>
<li>Maintains compliance with state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and maintain compliance. Managing POSH training and compliance.</li>

<li>Payroll monitoring and keeping records up-to-date; Evaluating reimbursements to send to Accounts; On boarding vendors for recruitment, employee benefit services, and driving them from time to time</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Rewards &amp; Recognition: Monthly, Quarterly and Annual R&amp;R to be rolled out without any misses as per the SOPs. Generate interest and better participation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Leave management across all functions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Generation of offer letters, revision letters, termination letters, LORs, etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Insurance management and issuing the Medi cards.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Profile Creations for team members within the organization format.</li>
