Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

Qualifications:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English communication skills. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good listening skills and patience. </li>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li>
