Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead academic planning, curriculum alignment, and student engagement activities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Teach core courses in UX research, UI design, interaction design, and prototyping</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Guide students in real-world projects, internships, and portfolio development</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Integrate software training into design pedagogy to meet current industry demands</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Foster collaborations with industry partners and organize guest lectures/workshops</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Support faculty development and academic operations of the program</li>
</ul>

Key Skills &amp; Competencies:

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure, and Webflow</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of user research, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, and basic front-end frameworks</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with interaction design for web, mobile, and emerging interfaces</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to manage teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and mentor students effectively</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Communication Design, HCI, or related field (Preferred).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>5+ years of relevant academic/industry experience in UX/UI and interaction design</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, UI systems, and interactive prototypes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills </li>
</ul>
