Content Creation:

<ul>
<li>Produce Reels, stories, carousels, and short videos showcasing student life, campus events and academic highlights.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Write compelling captions with CTAs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Use Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, and Meta tools for content creation and scheduling.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Cover university events, campus updates, and student achievements with real-time and scheduled posts.</li>
</ul>

Influencer Collaboration:

<ul>
<li>Manage partnerships with influencers, creators, and alumni.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Run influencer campaigns promoting events, programs, and admissions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Oversee content timelines, approvals, and reposts.</li>
</ul>

Analytics:

<ul>
<li>Monitor and analyze post performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Track KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rate, reach, impressions, and influencer campaign impact.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and improvement strategies.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s in Marketing, Media, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>2–4 years in social media (preferably education/youth brands).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Gen Z trends and platform algorithms.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Influencer campaign experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in design and scheduling tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills. Photography/video skills a plus. </li>
