Key Responsibilities

1. Faculty Development

<ul>
<li>Plan and deliver Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) focusing on teaching methods, classroom innovation, research skills, and technology adoption</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Introduce best practices in pedagogy and support faculty in building future-ready teaching capabilities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Facilitate workshops, peer-learning sessions, and mentoring programs.</li>
</ul>

2. Leadership &amp; Staff Development

<ul>
<li>Design and execute leadership and management training for Deans, HoDs, and administrators.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop structured onboarding, induction, and continuous learning programs for staff.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build pathways for staff to upgrade professional, digital, and managerial skills.</li>
</ul>

3. Learning Ecosystem

<ul>
<li>Implement and manage the university’s Learning Management System (LMS) for training and knowledge-sharing.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Curate learning resources (internal and external) to support self-paced and blended learning.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build partnerships with external trainers, universities, and experts to bring fresh perspectives.</li>
</ul>

4. Impact Measurement

<ul>
<li>Conduct training needs analysis in consultation with leadership and departments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Define and track KPIs: participation, completion rates, satisfaction, and skill application.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Publish regular reports on the effectiveness and impact of L&amp;D initiatives.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications &amp; Experience

<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Education, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>7–10 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development, preferably in higher education or corporate environments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and facilitation.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven ability to build and deliver impactful development programs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li>
</ul>
