Qualifications &amp; Skills:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).</li>
</ul>

<li>Proven minimum 3+ experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and hiring trends.</li>
</ul>

<li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.</li>
</ul>

<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
