Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Lead and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preferably having COPILOT based scenarios implementation / POC executed </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with Microsoft and clients to co-create solutions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Drive delivery and pursue opportunities in the Indian market independently</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels</li>
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Experience:

<ul>
<li>Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage client engagements</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of the Indian business landscape</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
<li>B.E/B.Tech/ BCA/MBA/MCA - Full-Time educationher relevant </li>
