<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare and review transaction Databook/Workbook in accordance with the firm’s professional standards and project requirements, ensuring minimal rework and review comments.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Actively and consistently participate as a Deal team member with high proficiency, including training junior team members.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare, update, and review initial/supplemental document request lists and manage gathered data effectively.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare industry-specific and ad hoc analyses as needed.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare proposals and scope of work as required by the engagement team(s).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare management discussion decks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in and lead specific sections in management calls; take notes in management meetings.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Independently draft sections of the FDD Report, such as Background, Points of Interest (basic), Quality of Earnings (proficiency in basic and moderate complexity adjustments, beginning to quantify complex adjustments), Summary Financials, and Exhibits.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Set up Debt/Debt-like and Net Working Capital analysis with high proficiency and calculate basic to moderate complexity adjustments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrate proficiency in technology tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, etc.</li>
</ul>

Educational Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">CA / MBA Qualified</li>
</ul>

Work Experience

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Relevant experience from Big 4 or equivalent Transaction Advisory Services practice.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Qualification: CA/MBA Finance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Approximately 7–10 years of related financial due diligence work experience on buy-side and sell-side transactions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Team management/people experience.</li>
</ul>

Mandatory Technical &amp; Functional Skills

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deal experience with onshore teams, including data room management, document request list preparation, management meeting preparation, workbook analysis, Quality of Earnings, due diligence reports, client calls, and engagement team calls.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Team management/people experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Understanding of financial statements, financial ratio analysis, U.K. GAAP accounting standards, and financial concepts.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and PowerPoint skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong analytical skills, including operational and financial analysis, benchmarking, and trend analysis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
</ul>
