Responsibility

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">End to end project management. Key activities include guiding the team on technical accounting / financial reporting matters, manage client relationships, monitor project progress and relevant operational / financial matters.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Application of IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS and / or US GAAP or an equivalent GAAP on engagements - GAAP conversion and / or topical queries on technical accounting matters</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Financial reporting support (technical as well process related) services to clients</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist clients with respect to financial reporting requirements in connection with listing of securities</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge</li>
</ul>
