Relationship Sales Manager - HF

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to drive business volumes across both internal and external channels (Branch, DSA, Builder)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage sales and distribution through the cross-sell and open market channels with ticket size upto 50 lakhs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Work with cross functional teams like Credit, Legal, Technical, and Product &amp; Ops to ensure business deliverables are met. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Sanction &amp; disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Managing a set of diverse stakeholders , including internal teams, branches &amp; DSA partners</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell &amp; multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ensure the portfolio quality is tracked and is per agreed norms</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Deliver the P&amp;L of the portfolio </li>
</ul>
