Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and deploy statistical and machine learning models for diverse use cases including forecasting, NLP, and behavioral simulation.</li>
</ul>

<li>Apply advanced techniques in time series forecasting, probabilistic modeling, and simulation for real-world business problems.</li>
</ul>

<li>Build and fine-tune NLP models for information extraction, classification, and summarization tasks using libraries like spaCy, HuggingFace, or PyTorch.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with data engineers to implement and scale models into production pipelines.</li>
</ul>

<li>Translate complex analytical solutions into actionable insights for business teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct code and model reviews, provide mentorship to junior data scientists, and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing.</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Strong grounding in statistics, hypothesis testing, and mathematical modeling.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in time series analysis, forecasting methods (e.g., ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Solid experience with natural language processing techniques and tools.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in Python, with deep experience using PyTorch for model development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with simulation techniques (e.g., Monte Carlo, agent-based models).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex concepts to non-technical audiences.</li>
</ul>

Good to Have

<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker), and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).</li>
