Responsibilities of the job holder

1.Aiding in Monthly and quarterly closing of books of Accounts

2.Preparing of various provision related to expenses

3.Booking of intercompany transactions

4.Preparation of prepaid schedules and amortisation of expenses 

5.Preparation of Variance analysis related to financials

6.Reporting of Intercompany transactions as per AS-18, Company's Act and SEBI LODR

7.Reviewing of Account payable and Employee related schedules like creditors, rent and deposit

8.Assisting in various audits like statutory, internal and IFSC

9.Coordinating with various stake holders for data and audit related activities

10.Preparation of regulatory returns from financials

11.Preparation and coordinating with auditors for various data points

Working relationships

1.Should have at least 5 years of working experience in finance and Accounts Department (Preferably Life Insurance industry).

2.Should have excellent communication and inter personal skills

3.Should be able to coordinate end to end with other departments for approvals and payments

4.Should be a self-motivator

5.Should be strong in handling multiple priorities
