Role &amp; responsibilities

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage team of Sales Managers.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coach and mentor the team in mobilizing life insurance business from the assigned territory.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Achieve NOP and premium target by generating business through the team.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Execute schemes for the channel partner.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drive Quality Parameters like ECS, low surrenders, low FLCs etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage MIS for the team and bank channel partner.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Monitor team activities on daily, weekly &amp; monthly basis.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Candidate must be open to work in closed architecture. </li>
</ul>
Preferred candidate profile

</ul>

<li>Age-30 to 39 Years</li>
