Key Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications from concept to execution.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and behaviors.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.</li>
<li>Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and reusable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure seamless implementation and optimal user experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Advocate for best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Mentor junior designers and developers and contribute to design reviews and feedback sessions.</li>
</ul>

Requirements

<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and front-end development skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience with animation libraries, design systems, or CMS platforms is a plus.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications

<li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li>
</ul>

<li>Knowledge of UX writing, microcopy, and content design.</li>
</ul>
