Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Design and develop the overall architecture for Simphony implementation across our hotel chain </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Create detailed technical specifications and integration plans for Simphony deployment </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Provide expert guidance on best practices for Simphony configuration and customization </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Lead the technical aspects of Simphony rollout, including data migration and system testing </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions during implementation </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Experience in evaluating inventory mgmt. solutions and integrating them with Simphony </li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li style="text-align:start;">Bachelor\s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">10+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the hospitality industry </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Proven experience with Simphony implementation and deployment in multi-property environments </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Strong understanding of hotel operations and hospitality management systems </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Outstanding communication and project management abilities </li>
<li style="text-align:start;">Certification in Simphony architecture or related technologies (preferred) </li>
