<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Work with various function owners to complete the privacy impact assessments (DPIA), LIAs, and also ensure that the privacy process documentation is in place.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct annual review of all the privacy compliance documents, policies, manuals and other privacy related documents.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Ensure the privacy notices are reviewed and updated in timely manner as per the regulatory requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Conduct assessments for vendors that are being newly onboarded or being renewed to evaluate their services, identify privacy risks and suggest mitigation plan.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Draft and review the Data Processing Agreements that are signed with the vendors to ensure the inclusion of necessary clauses to safeguard the data.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Respond to Data Subject Requests received at the DPO's office and close them in a timely manner.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Help in handling incidents and data breaches as per the defined process.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Assist in conducting the privacy awareness programs for employees and also ensure compliance towards the data privacy training.</li>
</ul>
 
Minimum Qualification:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">2-4 years of relevant experience in Data Privacy / Data Protection roles</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Demonstrable experience of working for an IT/ITES based company or client.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Sound knowledge of GDPR and other data protection laws prevalent across geographies such as LGPD, CCPA, DPDPA etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good stakeholder management and influencing skills. </li>
</ul>
