Additional Responsibilities

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">End-to-end management and coordination with internal stakeholders and advisors for preparation and completion of annual tax compliances in India such as tax audit, transfer pricing filings and tax returns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Streamline audit management – turnaround of data in response to tax notices.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify and achieve process improvement scope in audit management.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Identify and drive automation projects, process improvements which increase efficiency and scalability of data.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Prepare and/or review monthly/ quarterly tax computations for advance tax and quarterly provisioning.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Review of financial statements, reports and support closing of local country financial statements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support &amp; review local country transfer pricing compliances and ensure they are completed on time.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support in transfer pricing litigation and APA application.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Drafting of appeals with CIT(A), ITAT and representation with tax authorities.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support in internal restructuring projects and experience of working on slump sale, asset sale aspects etc.</li>
</ul>

Basic Qualifications

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">CA or Masters from a recognized institute or equivalent preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">4+ years of Indian income tax experience, specifically in public accounting or large multinational corporate tax departments.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent computer skills, specifically with managing large data sets within MS Excel.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Self-starter; must have strong desire to help improve processes for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience in a fast-moving multinational corporate tax department or Big4 consulting firms for 4+ years highly preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Working knowledge and experience with accounting for income taxes under IN GAAP/US GAAP</li>
