Key Responsibilities: 

Analytics &amp; Decision Support 

<ul>
<li>Lead the design and execution of analytical projects to solve high-priority business problems. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for business stakeholders and leadership. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance drivers, trends, and optimization opportunities. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Build and automate dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks to track business health. </li>
</ul>

Business Partnership 

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (GTM, Product, Operations) to define success metrics and analytical needs. </li>
</ul>

<li>Proactively identify areas of improvement across revenue growth, efficiency, and customer engagement. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide analytical leadership in quarterly and annual business planning cycles. </li>
</ul>

Data &amp; Tooling Enablement

<li>Partner with engineering and data platform teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and governed data availability.</li>
</ul>

<li>Drive automation of recurring reports and analyses to enable self-serve analytics. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Leverage modern BI tools (Power BI, Looker) and advanced analytics platforms (GCP, Databricks) for insights generation. </li>
</ul>

AI-First Analytics Mindset – Automation &amp; Workflow Optimization 

<ul>
<li>Adopt an AI-first approach in every aspect of the analytical lifecycle — from data extraction, report generation, metric tracking, and processing to insight generation and storytelling. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop reusable analytical templates, workflows, and pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud-native tools (e.g., Databricks, GCP, Power BI). </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Partner with AI engineering teams to automate analytical workflows by 50-60% </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Continuously explore new AI tools and automation frameworks to improve speed, accuracy, and decision quality. </li>
</ul>

Leadership &amp; Mentorship

<li>Mentor a team of analysts to develop their technical and business problem-solving skills. </li>

<li>Establish best practices for analysis, visualization, and storytelling across the BA&amp;I function. </li>

Qualifications: 

<ul>
<li>Master's/bachelor’s degree Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics in a related field. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>5-8 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, within a Tech/Consulting/Analytics, preferably in the Ad tech or Digital advertising industry </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working with cloud data warehouses (GCP, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks). </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data analysis and modelling. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Should have developed and implemented at least 3 analytics solutions (end to end) which includes translating a business problem into a data analytics problem and providing a sustainable solution. </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Prior experience within the AdTech industry is a plus  </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience working with GTM units is a plus. </li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications: 

<ul>
<li>Experience applying AI &amp; automation to reporting, forecasting or analytical workflows </li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exposure to agentic BI or conversational analytics frameworks </li>
