Responsibilities:
 
<ul>
<li>Handling exit formalities of 150+ in a month</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Closely working with the HRBPs regarding the exits</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Sending out the dashboards to different stakeholders and HRBPs</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Deactivation of the access cards for exit employees</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure 100% closures of the F&amp;F within the TAT</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure that the employee handovers the company assets on time</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinating with the employee for exit formalities and ensure they are aware about the timelines</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinating with the finance team regarding the queries on F&amp;F settlement, discrepancies, provident fund and Gratuity</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conducting exit feedback surveys, collating the data results and publishing the dashboard to the internal stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Handling queries of all internal stakeholders and revert to the same within a TAT of 24 hours</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Working on process enhancements and towards improvisation of the process</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Coordinating with the vendor and working on the system issues being raised by HRBPs</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Preparing the full and final settlement sheet and share it with the finance team for closure</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Issue the relieving documents to the leavers on a timely basis</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Managing ex-employee verifications for the ex-employees</li>
</ul>
 
Essential Skills required
 
<ul>
<li>Graduate/ MBA with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Past experience in HR Shared Services will be an added advantage</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Good communication &amp; excel skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling information administered in Human Resources.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Capability to interact with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate and get things done.</li>
</ul>
