Key Responsibilities:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, references, and internal databases.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Screen resumes based on job fitment, communication, stability, and domain knowledge.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist relevant profiles.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintain strong coordination with hiring managers and understand manpower needs.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Share daily/weekly MIS reports and maintain updated trackers.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Manage offer negotiation, rollout, and follow-ups till onboarding.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Participate in hiring drives, mass recruitment, and walk-ins when required.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Build talent pipelines for recurring roles. </li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">2+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment consulting.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills &amp; client management skill.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Good understanding of roles such as Manufacturing, EPC, Automotive etc.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Ability to manage bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.</li>
