Job Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Design, develop, and implement end-to-end machine learning systems, including data pre-processing, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, and deployment</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Create and own cloud native API to deploy ML Models</li>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Exploring big data, developing and maintaining ML pipelines for internal stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">2-4 years of experience in data analysis and data manipulation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure etc.) for data handling</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Know-how of Databricks, H2ODriverless or MLOPs environment is a good to have</li>

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Design, implement and deploy large scale data pipelines (both real time and batch) and back-end services</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Find and advocate for Industry standards and best practices in machine learning engineering methodologies, techniques and technologies </li>
</ul>
Must have coding requirements:

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Hands-on work experience on advance level of Python, Scala, SQL and big data interfaces - PySpark, Hadoop etc. </li>
</ul>
Other required skills:

<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Good know-how of Machine Learning algorithms, other statistical models and feature engineering</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to apply machine learning to improve business outcomes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Participate in code and design reviews, and contribute to the development of best practices and standards for the machine learning team</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Automate campaigns in a scalable manner to optimize compute and infrastructure cost</li>
</ul>

Education, Work Experience, Key Skill Set Requirements:

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Bachelor's or Master's degree in quantitative fields and computational discipline (like Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics) or a related field from Tier 1,2 college</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">2+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark and experience with popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:1.6rem;">Financial industry experience is a good to have</li>
</ul>
