Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Gather and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Design and build dashboards and reports using tools like PowerPoint, Canvas, MS Project , Power BI, Tableau, or Excel</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data collection processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Present findings through clear visualizations and presentations to stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Assist in defining and tracking KPIs to measure business performance.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Support data-driven decision-making by providing regular and ad hoc reports. </li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Bachelor's degree preferably Computer Science =  4-5 year experience</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power Point , Canvas , Power BI, Looker, etc.).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Excellent communication and presentation skills. </li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Summarize analytical findings with clear visuals (charts, graphs, dashboards).</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li style="margin-left:0px;">Explain trends and their impact on business metrics.</li>
