Product Vision &amp; Strategy

Product Delivery &amp; Execution

<ul>
<li>Oversee cross-functional agile squads, ensuring disciplined sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and timely releases</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Spearhead all product PODs to churn out quality</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Translate business requirements into actionable product features and user stories</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead A/B testing, data-driven optimization, and customer feedback loops to continuously improve journeys</li>

<li>Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance under peak traffic conditions</li>
</ul>

Cross-functional Collaboration

<li>Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end customer experiences</li>

<li>Work closely with Payments, Loyalty, and Ancillaries teams to enhance revenue streams and conversion</li>
</ul>

<li>Engage with external partners (banks, fintechs, travel tech players) to co-create value-added digital experiences</li>
</ul>

Governance &amp; Metrics

<ul>
<li>Establish KPIs across adoption, conversion, NPS, uptime, and release quality</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and accessibility standards</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Maintain clear product documentation, solution sign-offs, and stakeholder communication</li>
</ul>

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications

<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)</li>
</ul>

Professional Experience

<ul>
<li>15+ years of digital product management experience, with at least 5 years leading large-scale web &amp; mobile platforms in travel ecosystem</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Proven expertise in consumer-facing (B2C &amp; B2B) digital businesses (airlines, OTAs, e-commerce, fintech, or mobility)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile delivery, and modern tech ecosystems (APIs, microservices, cloud)</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience driving measurable impact on revenue, customer experience, and adoption</li>
</ul>
