Responsibilities:

</ul>

<li>Brainstorm and develop creative content; experiment with new formats &amp; trending content to drive social media performance.</li>
</ul>

<li>Work closely with the internal teams (e.g., Tech, HR, Product, etc.) to uncover new content ideas and co-create win-win social campaigns.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work with creative agencies and external partners to guide them in developing fresh, clutter-breaking content that aligns with brand goals.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor, measure, and analyze social media performance &amp; optimize strategies to improve engagement and reach.</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor's or Masters degree in Management</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience in managing social media campaigns, content creation, and working with external creative agencies.</li>
</ul>

<li>Expertise in social media tools, content management, and performance analysis.</li>

<li>A passion for trends, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stay ahead of the curve in social media.</li>
