 Job Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends.</li>
</ul>

<li>Continuously iterate on existing product offerings by gathering feedback from clients and internal teams.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge, training, and collateral to effectively sell enterprise solutions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Assist the sales team in creating sales collateral, technical documentation, and competitive analysis. Train and support sales representatives on product features, benefits, and differentiators to enhance sales effectiveness.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure customers are successfully onboarded and receive ongoing support.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and product updates. Ensure that the product’s value proposition, messaging, and positioning are clearly defined for target audiences.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and emerging technologies. Keep an eye on competitors’ product offerings to ensure IndiaMART stays ahead in terms of features, pricing, and positioning.</li>
</ul>

</ul>

<li>Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success.</li>
