Job Responsibilities:

<ul>
<li>Managing relationships with Banks/ NBFCs / Fintech for various types of MSME loans (retail segment), credit cards and wealth management products</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Responsible for business volumes, profitability and ensuring scale-up of partnerships</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Review the market landscape, identify partners, review business model of potential partners to bring relevant partnerships for review</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Liaising with lending partners ensuring smooth flow of operations, policies and expectation setting</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain reporting &amp;amp; application systems and coordinate information exchange with partner lenders</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Responsible for managing the partnerships, scaling them and accountable for delivery on</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>business from each of the partners. Own the P&amp;amp;L for delivery at a partner level</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Develop and implement acquisition strategies to create demand, identify diverse lead generation sources, outbound and inbound campaign development etc</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Monitor portfolio quality on regular basis along with risk and analytics and take proactive corrective steps</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Design new products working closely with partners for specific client segments to grow the business</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Close process, product, agreements etc between stakeholders including legal and compliance</li>
</ul>

Candidate Attributes:

<ul>
<li>3-6 years of experience in lending partner management role in fintechs, NBFCs and Banks</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Should have understanding of market segmentation and lender wise offerings in various products</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Exposure towards small ticket business loan, end-use restricted business loans, underwriting policies is encouraged</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Experience in lender PnL creation would be added advantage</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>MBA from Tier-1 institute</li>
</ul>
