Key Responsibilities:

<li>Partner with sales leadership to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.</li>
</ul>

<li>Oversee performance management, employee development, and training initiatives.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Ensure proper branch infrastructure, hygiene and compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies within the sales function.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong understanding of Sales HR practices.</li>
</ul>

<li>Proficiency in sourcing, assessing, and attracting top sales talent.</li>
</ul>

<li>Skill in designing and delivering sales-focused training and development programs.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.</li>

Experience and Education:

<ul>
<li>MBA from the top tier colleges and with Consistent academic performance would be preferred.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Minimum 6+ years of regional HR experience, preferably in sales or distributed workforce environments with Consistent academic performance</li>
