<li style="margin-left:0px;">Coordinates guest lists and invitations for VIP receptions, luncheons, dinners, etc.</li>
</ul>

<li style="margin-left:0px;">Maintains clipping files pertaining to the hotel(s) based on daily perusal of the media and provides same to General Manager, other departments, other hotels, corporate public relations, as appropriate</li>
